About Bob Marks

Bob Marks was a San Francisco Bay Area resident his entire life. Born and

raised in San Jose he later graduated from UOP (Univ. of Pacific) in the

early 1970's. His passion was photography, and his interest was live music.

He photographed rock concerts around the Bay area and captured some

remarkable images from the 70's and 80's. Primarily he worked with the

Grateful Dead but also attended many other shows that came to town. Sadly,

Bob passed away but please enjoy the wonderful images he captured.
